Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of xiaoluotech.solutions and the website build, AI Agent setup, and ongoing change services we provide. By using our site or engaging us for a project, you agree to these terms.
1. Our service
We build a custom website for your business, set up your own AI Agent in WhatsApp to help ship changes, and configure the domain, hosting, and SSL for the launch. After handover, you continue to request changes by messaging the AI Agent in WhatsApp.
2. Pricing and payment
Our standard offer is a one-time fee of RM5,000 (Malaysian Ringgit) for the build and initial setup. This fee is paid before delivery of the first working draft, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Hosting beyond the basic included tier (e.g. dedicated backend) and third-party AI usage are paid by you directly to the relevant provider, only when used.
3. What you provide
You will provide accurate business information, brand assets, content, and a dedicated WhatsApp account for the AI Agent. You confirm that you have the right to use any content, images, or trademarks you supply to us.
4. Ownership
On full payment, you keep the source code we deliver. Standard website hosting is included on our infrastructure. If your build requires a dedicated backend server or higher-tier hosting, that account is in your name — you sign up with the provider directly. For the domain, by default we provide a subdomain under xiaoluotech.solutions; you may also purchase your own domain and we will connect it — that domain is registered in your name. We retain ownership of any underlying tools, scripts, or templates we use across multiple customers.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our service or AI Agent for unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or abusive purposes; not to send spam; and not to violate Malaysian law or the rights of others. We may suspend the AI Agent if it is being used to violate these terms.
6. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime caused by upstream providers (hosting, AI providers, WhatsApp) is outside our control. We will work in good faith to restore service quickly.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of profit, data, or goodwill.
8. Termination
Either party may end the engagement with written notice. On termination, you keep the source code and your hosting account. If you used a subdomain under our domain, we will give you a reasonable export window so you can move to a custom domain. If you purchased your own domain, it remains in your name. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to active customers. Your continued use of our service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
