Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of xiaoluotech.solutions and the website build and first-time setup we provide, including the optional AI Agent setup. By using our site or engaging us for a project, you agree to these terms.
1. Our service
We build a custom website for your business and do the full first-time setup: the project, deployment to production, hosting configuration, SSL, and version control with rollback so any change can be undone. Version control and rollback are included free and are never billed. The build covers the sections a small business site needs — typically home, about, services or menu, gallery, contact, and opening hours and map — plus up to 3 functional modules of your choice (for example a booking system, online ordering, a membership list, or a staff dashboard), and includes 3 rounds of revisions on the draft. Fixing something broken or wrong is not a revision. Anything in the delivered build that does not work as agreed is fixed free — with no time limit. In the first 90 days after launch we also cover configuration and deployment issues in full. This warranty covers the build as delivered and accepted; it does not cover new features, content you supplied, changes made outside the agreed process, or failures of your own equipment or third-party services — for those, rollback to a working version is always free. If you want it, we also set up your own AI Agent in WhatsApp, free of charge, so you can request changes by chatting with it. The AI Agent is an optional upgrade — your website is built, launched, and handed over whether or not you take it. After launch, further modules and features can be added by asking your AI Agent, charged as AI usage.
2. Pricing and payment
Our offer is a one-time fee of RM4,500 (Malaysian Ringgit) for the build and first-time setup. This fee is paid in two equal instalments of RM2,250: 50% as a deposit before we start the build, and the remaining 50% due within 2 weeks of launch and handover. Payment is arranged with you over WhatsApp before work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing. There is no monthly retainer, no subscription, and no premium support tier. The typical build time is 2–4 weeks from the day your content is complete; delays in providing content, feedback or accounts extend the schedule accordingly. Two usage costs may apply, only when used: AI usage for the AI Agent, which is topped up with us and charged pay-per-use from a single balance that works across multiple AI models; and a dedicated backend server, if your build needs one, charged on usage by the cloud provider directly to you. AI top-ups are consumed by use and are not withdrawable as cash. We do not sell, register, or renew domains. If you later ask for work outside the agreed scope, we will quote it separately and only proceed once you approve it in writing.
3. What you provide
You will provide accurate business information, brand assets, content, and timely feedback. You confirm that you have the right to use any content, images, or trademarks you supply to us. If you choose the AI Agent, you will also provide a dedicated WhatsApp account for it to chat on. You also provide a computer for the AI Agent to run on; we set that computer up for it, included in the one-time fee at no extra cost. The AI Agent is available only while that machine is switched on and connected to the internet. Your website stays online regardless.
4. Ownership, hosting and domain
On full payment, you keep the source code we deliver. Your website is deployed to a free static hosting tier, so there is no ongoing hosting bill for the website itself and no monthly fee payable to us. We are not promising to carry the hosting cost indefinitely — we set it up and hand it over, and continued availability depends on that third-party hosting service. If your build requires a dedicated backend server, that account is opened in your name and the cloud provider bills you directly on usage; we do the first-time setup free. For the web address, by default we provide a subdomain under xiaoluotech.solutions; you may also purchase your own domain, which is registered in your name, and we will point the site at it. We retain ownership of any underlying tools, scripts, or templates we use across multiple customers.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our service or AI Agent for unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or abusive purposes; not to send spam; and not to violate Malaysian law or the rights of others. You are responsible for what you and your staff publish through the AI Agent on your website. We may suspend the AI Agent, or decline a request, if it is being used to violate these terms.
6. AI Agent and change requests
If you take the AI Agent, you and the staff you give access to can request website changes in WhatsApp. Changes to your website are handled by the AI Agent, and every change goes to a preview version first — nothing replaces your live website until you confirm it. Features that need a backend server — a database, user accounts, payments, inventory or bookings — carry a server cost, charged on usage by the cloud provider. AI usage itself is topped up with us and deducted pay-per-use. The AI Agent will pass a request to a person when it touches payment, legal, or compliance matters, or falls outside the website service. AI output can be imperfect — that is why every change is version-controlled and can be rolled back at any time, at no cost. You should check important changes after they go live.
7. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we do not offer a service level agreement. Downtime caused by upstream providers (hosting, the content delivery network, the AI provider, WhatsApp), or by your own machine or internet connection if you run the AI Agent on your own computer, is outside our control. If the WhatsApp account used by the AI Agent is blocked or restricted, we will reconnect it on a replacement number or, with your agreement, on another supported messaging platform — this is a reconnection, not a defect in the service. We will work in good faith to restore service quickly.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with these terms and our work for you is limited to the total fees you have actually paid to xiaoluohub for the engagement — that is, the one-time setup fee — regardless of when those fees were paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of profit, data, or goodwill. We are not liable for amounts you owe third parties, such as the AI provider, the cloud provider, or a domain registrar. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Termination
There is no lock-in and no minimum term. Either party may end the engagement with written notice. On termination, you keep the source code, your repository, your hosting account, and your domain — these are set up in your name from the start. If you were using a subdomain under our domain, we will give you a reasonable export window so you can move to your own domain. Fees already paid, including the deposit, are non-refundable except where required by law, since they cover work already performed. Your protection is the review process itself: you review the site on a preview version and approve it before launch, and anything broken or wrong is fixed free under the warranty in section 1. The final 50% falls due within 2 weeks of launch and handover. Any unused AI top-up balance remains available if you later resume using the AI Agent; it is not withdrawable as cash. Ending the engagement does not stop any charges you have with third parties — you deal with the cloud provider or registrar directly.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you confirm your project is the one that applies to that project — later updates do not change an agreed, fixed-price engagement. Material changes are notified through the contact channel we use with you (normally WhatsApp). Your continued use of our service after a change means you accept the updated terms for future work.
